According to speedtest.net, I'm getting .23 mbs even though I'm watching my TV (IPTV which uses 5-6mbs) without any lag. Testmy.net and bandwidthplace.com, both HTML5based, give me between 14mbs and 20mbs while streaming my tv. I think speedtest.net is very inaccurate and am not sure if it's because it's flash based or not.
